Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Standard Shipping — 3-5 business days — Free
Express Shipping — 2 business days — Free

All shipping is complimentary. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping. Large rugs may require additional processing and transit time.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@lingyeruginc.com with your order number and photos. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days.
